Armen Tavy explains how using a Concrete Sealer will improve results when you are dealing with a ‘less than perfect’ substrate. This particular concrete floor was extremely porous. Sealing the concrete ensured a better coverage with the Thin Skin adhesive. Thin Skin was used in this installation for crack suppression. A few hairline cracks were present in the concrete subfloor and they will not affect the tile installation with the combination of Thin Skin and the 007 and or 008 adhesive.
