Concrete Sealer

I live in south florida. my house has a tiles roof (concrete) I painted with a red sealer, mildew resistant, now the homeowners association want me to remove the sealer , because of the color. i need any suggestion or ideas i can try for stripping the roof. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You should be able to get them to recommend another colour that satisfies them It would be cheaper than trying to remove the red paint with dubious results..~~

Does anyone know a way to waterproof a concrete planter to keep it from losing water?
