What is the best type of concrete sealer?

How much does it cost for this? What if i paid someone to come do the job…how much do they usually charge?

You want the best, go for JonCrete Matte 5GL Low Gloss Matte Concrete Sealer but you will pay through the nose for it. about $280 for a 5 gallon pail.
Bone Dry Concrete Sealer is around $225 for 5 gallons.
Rustoleum has a sealer that sells for $30 a gallon at Home Depot
You should be able to put it on yourself.
If you can’t I can’t tell you how much it will cost to have it done. Where I live the going wage is around $15 an hour. Go Los Angles or New York and tell them you ll give the $15 an hour and they would laugh you off the face of the earth.

You can use Thompson’s water sealer. They also make water sealer for masonry. You can use either one. Buy a pump sprayer for $15-20. Buy the one gallon size. You fill the container, lock the lid/pump, and then pump the handle 5 or 10 times. It makes enough pressure to spray from the wand attachment for 3 or 4 minutes. Then, you pump it up some more and spray some more. It’s really easy to use once you figure out how it works. You have to apply it every year or so.
